In his early twenties, young adults are considered old enough to vote, drink and maintain full-time job, but still may have difficulty if they want to rent a car. Nationally, the usual "guaranteed rental age is twenty-five. Car rental companies define this policy based on the statistics of car insurance companies with claims. Young drivers are considered at higher risk of accidents and driving behaviors of high risk.
